Crigglestone Daycare is a not for profit nursery based on the site of a community centre. Due to our exciting expansion we are continuing to look for Early Years Practitioners to join our growing team. We are very lucky to have had the opportunity to refurbish our setting, including a new double classroom which officially opened in January 2025.

We are looking for an enthusiastic level 2 or 3 qualified early years practitioner to work with us. Working hours to be discussed during the application process, opportunity to create a job share position, working either morning or afternoons. Please note that we open from 7.45am and close at 6pm.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, nurturing and has a passion for supporting young children aged 0- 5 years old in their learning and development.

We require someone who is able to engage young children in purposeful play, and care for all of their needs. The suitable candidate must be able to use their own initiative, keep children safe, work well within a team and importantly, have fun with the children they are caring for!

Safeguarding all children is a priority and any potential candidates would be subject to an enhanced DBS check and other relevant recruitment checks.
