We are seeking an experienced

Early Years Practitioner

and

Deputy Room Leader

to join our welcoming nursery team in Wandsworth.

Our nursery provides exceptional childcare and early education for children aged 18 months to 5 years. We follow a unique philosophy and project-based

Hours

4 or 5 days per week (40 hours)

Shift patterns between 7:30am - 6:00pm Permanent, full-year contract
(Please note: not term-time only / not school hours)

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire your room team to deliver high-quality childcare in line with the

EYFS framework

. Build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning activities. Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of every child. Support management in maintaining high nursery standards.

About You

Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification (full and relevant).

Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner, Deputy Room Leader, or Room Leader.

Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passionate about outdoor learning and inclusive practice. Right to work in the UK.
