Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible for the right candidate)

Hours:

40 hours per week across 4 days (between 7.30am - 5.30pm)

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team at Newchurch Pre-School. Whether you're newly qualified or bringing experience, if you're committed to high-quality early years care and education, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is suitable for newly qualified practitioners who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the delivery of our play-based EYFS curriculum Acting as a key person, observing and tracking children's development Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment Supporting daily routines, including care needs and mealtimes Using our nursery system to maintain accurate records Taking part in regular training and professional development

What we're looking for:

Level 2 qualification

in Early Years (Level 3 preferred or willing to train) Experience with children aged 0-5 (including placement experience) A good understanding of the EYFS and child development A team player with great communication skills Friendly, flexible, and genuinely passionate about early years

Desirable:

Level 3 or above in Early Years Paediatric First Aid (current certificate)
