Early Years Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting.

About the role:

This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive and develop essential skills. The Early Years Practitioner will work as part of a team to ensure the highest standards of care and education are provided.

Key Skills and Attributes:

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of young children.

Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive community.

Manage daily activities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all children.

Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records of their progress

Drive initiatives that promote the well-being and learning of each child in your care.

Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early childhood education.

Collaborate with team members to organise activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and promote teamwork among staff members.

Qualifications

Full and relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education

Experience working with young children.

Working Hours

:
Hours are 8 hours per day Monday to Friday.

Your contracted hours of work would be between 8am till 6pm.
