Westbrook Little People Pre-School, Waterlooville, PO7 8NUHours:
Part-Time (18.5 hours per week. Wednesday 9:00 - 3:10, Thursday 9:00 - 3:10, Friday 9:00 - 3:10)Contract:
Term-Time Only (39 weeks per year)Are you passionate about early years education? We're looking for an experienced and qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) to join our caring, committed, and professional team.
About the Role:
As a key person, you will provide safe, high-quality education and care for young children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The role includes:Planning and delivering engaging activities Observing, reviewing, and recording children's development using
Tapestry
Meeting each child's individual needs Creating a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable learning environment Building strong partnerships with parents and carers Following all pre-school policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking For:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential) Experience working in an early years setting A warm, professional, and proactive approach A strong understanding of safeguarding and child development Commitment to promoting the welfare of children and young people
