We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. The Early Years Educator will play a crucial role in the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that promote learning through play. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in English to foster positive relationships. Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting programmes as necessary. Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's educational offerings and support children's development. Provide leadership within the team, mentoring less experienced staff members as needed. Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.

Experience

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively interact with children and families. Demonstrated ability to manage classroom dynamics and lead activities that engage young learners. A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to fostering children's growth is essential.
