Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our nurturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine enthusiasm for fostering the development of young children. Duties

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of each child. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Maintain a safe and clean environment that promotes children's health and well-being. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to early years education. Manage classroom activities, ensuring that all children are included and engaged. Keep accurate records of children's development and learning outcomes. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills in early childhood education.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is desirable. Strong management and leadership skills to guide and support other staff members. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A valid driving licence is advantageous for transportation purposes related to outings or activities. A commitment to creating an inclusive environment that respects diversity.
