We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

to join a nurturing and dynamic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. Working with either 2-3-year-old or 3-4-year-old group, you will play a vital role in supporting children's early development in a warm, engaging, and safe environment.

About the Role:

As a key person, you'll be responsible for nurturing strong relationships with children and families, planning and delivering enriching activities, and contributing to a setting that promotes the highest standards of learning and care. Your ability to inspire young minds and provide a secure foundation for lifelong learning will be at the heart of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Head of EYFS and Nursery Manager to plan, deliver, and evaluate daily activities. Lead key group sessions and parent meetings, providing detailed observations and progress reports. Create and maintain engaging learning environments both indoors and outdoors. Track children's development through online learning journals, setting appropriate individual targets. Support children's personal care, hygiene, and welfare throughout the day. Contribute to the upkeep and preparation of resources and learning spaces. Participate in school lunches, extended day activities, and outdoor play supervision. Attend staff meetings, training (INSET), and whole school events, including occasional evening or weekend duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: 24,079.00-28,000.00 per year
