We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess the necessary skills to provide high-quality care and education in a nursery setting. This role requires effective communication and leadership abilities to manage activities and support the development of children in our care.
Responsibilities
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
Manage daily operations within the nursery, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in childcare and early education.
Support children's individual needs and encourage their social, emotional, and physical development.
Drive to various locations as required for training sessions.
Experience
Previous experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
A background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Experience in planning educational programmes tailored to children's developmental stages.
