Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or 3 Qualified)

Location:

Neath Port Talbot

Pay:

12.44 per hour + performance bonuses

Hours:

Between 8:30am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday (Full time = 4 days per week; overtime available, part time positions available for the right candidate)

Start date:

January 2026

The Role

We're looking for a caring, confident, and proactive practitioner to join our team.
Your day will be varied, including:

Supporting children's learning through play and observation Carrying out

school runs and local collections

using nursery vehicles Creating a calm, nurturing, and enriching environment Communicating effectively with families and colleagues Bringing enthusiasm and initiative to every session

Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent)

in Early Years / Childcare

Paediatric First Aid

,

Enhanced DBS

, and

Safeguarding

certification (all mandatory)

Full UK driving licence held for 12 months or more

, with a

clean driving record

Experience working with children (nursery, school, or wraparound) Positive, reliable, and nurturing approach to teamwork and childcare
