The Role

Time Out Holiday Camps is seeking

confident, calm, and capable Early Years Activity Leaders

to work with our youngest campers (ages 4-6).

This role is not about supervision alone. You will be responsible for:

Leading structured, age-appropriate activities Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment Managing behaviour positively and confidently Supporting children's emotional, social, and physical development

Essential Requirements

Applicants

must

have:

A valid Paediatric First Aid qualification Experience working with children aged 4-6 Confidence leading groups of young children independently A calm, patient, and professional manner Strong communication and behaviour management skills

Desirable Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

Early Years or childcare experience (nursery, reception, EYFS, camps) Teaching assistant or trainee teacher experience Sports, dance, drama, or play-based learning backgrounds An interest in progressing into education or childcare as a career
