Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. You will have SENCO experience and have spent time supporting children with SEN in an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children

- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence

- Provide individualized support and guidance to children based on their unique needs and abilities

- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey

- Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records

- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, working as part of a team to create a cohesive and supportive work environment

- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom, ensuring a safe and hygienic space for children

Experience:

- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is a MUST

- Strong ability to effectively manage a classroom of young children

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English

- Demonstrated initiative the ability to motivate and inspire others

- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care for all children

- Experience working with diverse groups of children, including those with special needs or English language learners
