Summary

We are seeking an Early Years Educator who is passionate about nurturing young minds. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the early experiences of our children, contributing to their development and well-being through engaging activities and care.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities Foster a safe and supportive learning environment Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational program Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Maintain a clean and organized classroom Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

Qualifications

Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting Strong time management skills Knowledge of child development principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with health and safety standards related to childcare Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) A passion for early childhood education
