Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement engaging activities to support children's learning and development Provide a safe and secure environment for children in your care Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Monitor and record children's progress and development Create a stimulating and inclusive setting that promotes learning through play
Qualifications
Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of nursery staff Experience working in early childhood education or childcare settings Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the educational experience for young children Proficiency in English language both spoken and written
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: 25,276.00-30,000.00 per year
