Main duties and responsibilities:

Manage a small team of practitioners effectively to deliver an ambitious, flexible curriculum which is driven by the children's interests. Monitor and assess the quality of provision within your room, ensuring that policies and procedures, best practice and standards are maintained. To ensure your pedagogy has different approaches to meet individual children's needs e.g., modelling, observing To ensure all environments are enabling To have a good secure knowledge of child development to accurately observe and assess children
Applicants must have a full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification as a minimum and previous experience working within an Early Years setting

The post involves working with children and therefore if successful you will be required to provide two employment references and a satisfactory DBS.
