We're Looking For:

Early Years Practitioners (Level 2 or 3) passionate about child-led learning in nature. Candidates with a can-do attitude, love for the outdoors, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on young lives.
Location: Conveniently located on the borders of Croydon and Bromley, our forest nursery is easily accessible while feeling worlds away from the hustle and bustle.

Skills & Requirements:

A passion for working with children and the Great Outdoors. An interest in the Forest School approach and its benefits for children's development. Experience with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or a willingness to learn. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and colleagues. Eligible to work in the UK and able to complete a DBS check (self-paid or part of the update service).
