About the Roles:

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Our Level 3 practitioner will support the delivery of high-quality care and learning under the guidance of the Nursery Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting children's learning and development using the EYFS framework Carrying out observations, planning next steps and contributing to assessments Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues Meeting individual children's needs with care and professionalism Ensuring a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment

Essential Requirements (All Applicants)

A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain) A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for early years education and child development
