Obtained or willingness to work towards SVQ Level 3 in children and young people Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting Strong understanding of child development and the Curriculum fo Excellence Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children
