Your Role:

Working alongside other team members to embrace Mendip House's vision and curriculum. Creating a rich and enabling environment where children can thrive. A Key person to a group of 2-4 year olds. Build a positive and trusting bond with both the children and their families. Provide meaningful, purposeful and exciting activities. Follow Mendip House routines, Policies & Procedures. Complete each child's Learning Journal and share with parents. Be part of the Senior Leadership Team, with good communication and a "Can do" attitude. Supporting the nursery manager in operational excellence and compliance.

Essential: Level 2 or above Qualification in Early Years

Desirable: A willingness to achieve these is essential.

Hours and Pay:

Full time, hours negotiable
