About the Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll:

Support room leaders in providing exceptional, balanced educational and care experiences. Help create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can flourish. Build trusted relationships with families, ensuring they feel confident and happy. Adhere to policies, procedures, and curriculum guidelines to maintain our high standards. Represent Banana Moon in the community and support our nursery's stellar reputation.
