We are looking for a friendly, passionate and qualified Room Leader with Third in Charge role to join our prestigious family owned nurseries in Clapham. The nurseries are family owned and run and our teams are made up of some very special people. We have invested heavily in our beautiful buildings and gardens to make them as well equipped as possible to help you deliver an outstanding curriculum. About you:

- NVQ level 3 or above

- Passionate about developing the highest quality experiences for our children to help them grow in confidence and self-directed learning.

- Inspired to develop your own training further through courses, independent reading and on the job training

- Excellent spoken English A real team player with a 'can-do' attitude

- Short commute to Clapham/ Balham.

Responsibilities



Lead and supervise a team of early years educators to ensure high-quality childcare and early childhood education. Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's learning and development. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates on children's progress and address any concerns. Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Support the professional development of staff through training and mentorship.
