We are currently seeking a
dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant
to join a supportive
SEND primary school
in the
SW16
area. You will be working with young children with
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
, supporting them with their learning, development, and emotional needs in a nurturing early years setting.
Your Role:
Providing one-to-one and small group support for children with autism
Assisting the class teacher with delivering tailored learning activities
Creating a positive, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
Helping pupils develop social and communication skills through play and structured learning
What We're Looking For:
A proactive, patient, and energetic approach
Experience working with young children, ideally in a SEND or Early Years setting
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
