We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Senior Practitioner

to join our Early Years team and help lead the delivery of high-quality care and education.

About the Role:

As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in:

Supporting the room leader and management team Mentoring junior staff and supporting staff development Ensuring high standards of care, safety, and learning Building strong partnerships with families and colleagues

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification or above

in Early Years (essential) Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills A genuine passion for working with children and supporting staff

We offer a competitive pay rate starting at 13.70 for those who hold a level 3 qualification or above.

The preferred hours are from 7.45am until 6.00pm Monday-Friday (3 or 4 days per week with a consistent day off in the week) however, we may be willing to be flexible for the right applicant.

We are committed to safer recruitment so all candidates must have a clear DBS (cost to be met by candidate). In addition, two satisfactory references will need to be provided prior to the commencement of this position.

Please note the nursery is not on a bus route, so your own transport is essential for the commute to work.
