We have a successful Nursery provision at Windale Primary School and numbers have recently increased due to a high demand for places. We are now recruiting an Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to support the continued number of children wanting to attend our Nursery.

Our school is vibrant and inclusive, plus it has a positive, diverse community and a determination that all children will succeed. Our children are energetic, keen to learn and enjoy being challenged. The School Council created our school motto: Aim high - be the best you can be! This ethos is a golden thread that can be seen throughout our whole school community.

The successful applicant will be working under our excellent Early Years Phase Leader and her Nursery teacher job share. They will be part of a team of staff, planning activities and creating an exciting and stimulating learning environment for our children. Please see the job description and person specification for more details.

We can offer you:

Plenty of opportunities for professional development, within our school and our Trust. An individual CPD pathway, to develop practice, and help you reach the next stage in your career. An opportunity to work in a charitable organisation that is focused on improving the lives of disadvantaged children. A competitive salary, a popular benefits and rewards programme.

The right candidate will have:

Drive, determination and a passion for working with children and families. The ability to work independently and as part of a large staff team. A positive outlook and a resilient nature. A commitment to developing their own, and others, practice as part of a team. Have previous experience in an Early Years setting

If you feel you would be suitable to work within our supportive and friendly team, we would like to hear from you!
