The role
As the Early Years Teacher, you will:
Deliver an engaging, play-based curriculum that supports children's development
Create a safe and stimulating environment where every child feels encouraged
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider team
Monitor progress and plan next steps tailored to individual needs
Support children in developing key skills in communication, literacy, and numeracy
Work closely with teaching assistants and Early Years staff to deliver a joined-up approach
What we're looking for
QTS or QTLS qualification (essential)
Experience teaching in EYFS or Reception
A passion for child-led learning and early childhood development
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
Creativity, flexibility, and a positive attitude
