About the Role
As an
Early Years Teacher
in
Reception
, you will:
Lead the delivery of high-quality lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities that stimulate children's learning
Support children's personal, social, and emotional development
Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment where all children feel safe and valued
Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet their individual needs
Work closely with other staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for each child
Support the school's ethos and values while promoting inclusive education

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
QTS or QTLS qualification and experience teaching in Early Years (Reception)
A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching
The ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
A commitment to continuous professional development and improving educational outcomes
