We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development and well-being of young learners. You will play a crucial role in fostering children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth while ensuring their safety and happiness.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that cater to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained.
Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring all children are included and supported.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build strong relationships.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.
Requirements
Proven experience in early childhood education or childcare settings is essential.
Nursery experience is highly desirable, alongside relevant qualifications in early years education.
Strong management and leadership skills to guide a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children and families.
A genuine passion for working with children, demonstrating patience, empathy, and enthusiasm.
A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential for this role.

Preferable attributes include:
Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
