Preferable attributes include:
Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A passion for child development and high-quality early years education
Level 2 (or above) Childcare qualification (or a desire to train)

A love for outdoor learning and adventure

The Role of an Early Years Teacher
As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and providing outstanding education and care. You'll work alongside senior staff, learning coordinators, and fellow educators to create inspiring, child-led learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and educational activities for children aged 0-5
Work collaboratively to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Take part in ongoing training and professional development
Contribute to the nursery's growth and development
Ensure pre-school children are
'school ready'
Provide an exciting and engaging environment that supports learning for Pre-School aged children
Implement
phonics and Read, Write, Inc programmes
