Early Years Teacher
to join our team. The aim of this role is to provide excellent leadership for our provision, guiding and advising on high quality practice to ensure the best possible outcomes for all our children.
Located in pleasant, leafy surrounds close to a nature reserve, Bowlers was recently ranked as Good by Ofsted, and we pride ourselves on doing things a little bit differently. Catering for 30 children aged between three-months and four-years, we believe in prioritising the personal, emotional and social development of our children and in learning through play, making the most of a modern, tailormade building and spacious garden area. Our status as a charity, operating with a Community Nursery model, means that we have a strong presence in the local community and collaborate closely with our parents and carers.

To succeed as Early Years Teacher, you will need to be an extremely approachable and motivated individual able to inspire staff and children, ensure compliance and forge strong bonds with parents and the local community.
To be considered for this role you'll need:
+ Early Years Teacher Training Qualification (EYT)
+ Excellent knowledge and understanding of key legislation related to childcare and education, and of child protection procedures.
+ Through hands-on practice, lead and be accountable for high quality practice and provision for under 4's which supports them to reach their full potential in all 7 areas of development.
+ To undertake the role of joint SENCO, to identify children in need of additional support to meet age-related outcomes and support the implementation of a range of intervention and support strategies.
+ To assess staff's strengths and weaknesses and guide them towards appropriate training and self-development.
+ Level 3 safeguarding training.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and to be able to act as a role model within every aspect of the team.
