Your Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Inspiring Learning Experiences:
Plan and lead engaging lessons and activities that align with the EYFS framework.
Support Individual Development:
Monitor and support each child's unique needs, ensuring their progress is celebrated and nurtured.
Collaborate with the Team:
Work closely with colleagues to maintain the highest standards of care and education.
Build Strong Relationships:
Develop trusting relationships with children, parents, and carers, providing regular updates and feedback on development.
Promote Safeguarding:
Uphold and implement the nursery's safeguarding policies and practices, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.

Skills Needed
Work Location: In person
You must hold an Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) Qualification or Early Years Practitioner (EYP) or Qualified Teacher Status QTS.
You must have a passion to want children to be happy and learn through play.
Beneficial to have had Phonics Training.
You must also have the following:
A can-do attitude and good initiative.
Must have a least 1 year of experience of working with children
Must have a clear understanding of safeguarding and child development.
