Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a strong commitment to nurturing young children in a safe, engaging environment that promotes learning through play.

Requirements

You must be based in London to be considered for this role. A QTS or PGCE is essential. Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is required. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate educational activities for children aged 0-5. Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff. Monitor and record children's progress, providing feedback and adapting activities as needed. Promote positive behaviour and social skills. Support nursery routines and collaborate with the team to maintain high standards. Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures in line with EYFS guidelines.
