We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teacher, to join our small, family run day Nursery. We are located in the leafy borough of Urmston, Manchester, with great links to the local community and motorways. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing the potential of all young children in our care. This position requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality childcare and early childhood education, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met in a safe and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely and effectively with the children and their parents/carers.
- Deliver an expert knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Deliver a proficient knowledge of Ofsted regulations and practices.
- Deliver inspiring activities which embrace children of all ages across the nursery.
- Work together with a highly motivated team.
- Work from your own initiative and independently as necessary.
- Develop practices alongside the management team, within our self-evaluative environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents
Leadership and management abilities to oversee room activities
Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices

Pay: 26,100.00-29,120.00 per year
