The Role:
We are seeking a passionate Early Years Teacher to join our team as a Pedagogical Lead. In this role you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Support the development and implementation of our nature-based curriculum.
Mentor and guide fellow practitioners, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Build strong relationships with families to support each child's development.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years qualification.
