We're on the lookout for a warm, enthusiastic, and creative

Early Years Teacher

to join our team, term time only (following the Norwegian school year). If you love working with children, have a passion for play-based learning, and enjoy seeing little ones grow and thrive, this could be the perfect role for you. You'll be helping to create a safe, happy, and inspiring space where children can explore, learn, and shine.

What You'll Be Doing

Planning and running fun, age-appropriate activities that support children's physical, emotional, and social development. Making sure every child feels safe, secure, and cared for in a welcoming environment. Observing and celebrating children's progress, while adapting activities to suit their individual needs. Building positive and supportive relationships with children, families, and your colleagues. Keeping records of daily routines, activities, and developmental milestones. Working as part of a team to keep raising the quality of care and education we provide. Following health and safety guidelines to make sure our setting stays safe and happy. Joining in with staff meetings and training to keep learning and growing in your role.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting (a must!). L and above Qualifications in early childhood education (a must!). Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Norwegian and the Norwegian curriculum is strongly desired. A genuine love of early years education, with the ability to support and inspire young children.

Pay: 24,420.00-28,000.00 per year
