Key Responsibilities: As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons to children aged 3 to 5 years old.
• Helping them to achieve their full potential through engaging and stimulating activities.
• Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation and assessment
• Providing pastoral care and safeguarding the children.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proactivity, resilience, kindness and empathy
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with us)
• A full checkable work history

• A relevant teaching qualification and Early Career Teacher status.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to the educational development of primary school students.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A willingness to learn and grow as an educator.
