Race Ahead

is seeking a

Trainer/Assessor

to join our team to cover the

Greater Manchester

therefore must live within close proximity due to travelling to employers as part of the role.

Duties

To manage an established case load of learners from Level 2 through to Level 5 within the childcare sector -

Knowledge and experience within this sector is essential

To support learners to achieve their desired apprenticeship along with supporting English and math's and End Point Assessment. To support leaners that have additional support needs To form good relationships with employers and learners, good communication skills are therefore essential. To develop new business within your allocated area.

Qualifications:

Degree in Early Years Childcare -

Essential

Level 3 in Early Years Childcare -

Essential

Assessors' A1 award/CAVA -

Desirable

Previous experience in Childcare -

Essential

English and math's -

Essential

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with various computer programs and Microsoft Office products We will consider a part time position if required
