We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their developmental milestones through engaging activities and personalised care. Duties
Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Support children with their individual learning needs, including those requiring special education support.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where children feel valued and confident to explore.
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records for reporting to parents and colleagues.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to early education.
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching techniques and stay informed about best practices in early childhood education.
Experience
Prior experience with tutoring or teaching young children is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience working with children in educational or childcare settings.
Knowledge of special education needs (SEN) and strategies for supporting children with diverse learning requirements.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
A genuine passion for early childhood development and creating enriching learning experiences.
