A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Early Years Worker to work as part of our experienced day care team at Bannerman Road Children's Centre. We pride ourselves on our nurturing environment with supporting children's and families' needs at our core. We are looking for a practitioner who is flexible and reflective with a good sense of humour and who is a great team player.
You will be managing the care needs and supporting the learning and development of a group of children within a key person structure, promoting good practice and setting high standards as a role model for children and parents.
You will work as part of a supportive team to create an exciting and positive environment where young children can thrive.
You will be responsible for observing and assessing children's development and using this to plan and implement high quality care, education and learning experiences for children within the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
You will work in partnership with parents building trusting relationships to support their children's learning by participating in home visits and parent consultations.
Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
