Early Years Practitioner Level 3

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the development of our little ones and ensuring they are engaged in a variety of enriching, fun-filled activities that promote their growth and learning.


In this role, you will support children's learning through play and offer a dynamic range of activities tailored to their unique needs and interests. Your commitment to providing a safe and stimulating environment will be crucial in supporting our ethos of quality childcare.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging educational activities that foster children's development. Monitor, assess, and record children's progress and development. Support the planning and preparation of the learning environment. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members. Understand and implement safeguarding and health and safety policies.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare. Experience working with children in an early years setting. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong observational and assessment skills. Enhanced DBS check and first aid certification preferred.
