Our client is renowned for their international projects, masterplans, and innovative mixed-use developments. This role offers the chance to work on exciting and high-profile projects, with the opportunity to contribute to the creation of iconic architectural designs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take a leading role in early-concept project design and development, collaborating with senior architects, design teams, and clients.
  • Translate initial design concepts into compelling visual presentations, incorporating innovative design ideas and cutting-edge techniques.
  • Produce high-quality architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using Revit and Rhino software.
  • Contribute to the development of project strategies, ensuring adherence to design briefs, budget constraints, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate structural, environmental, and sustainability considerations into the design process.
  • Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure design intent is implemented accurately during the construction phase.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the design process.
Skills and qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working as an ARB Architect, ideally with a focus or passion for early-concept design.
  • Exceptional design skills demonstrated through a standout portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in using Revit and Rhino
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex design ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire design teams, nurturing creativity and fostering collaboration.
  • A proactive approach and ability to work autonomously, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of international projects, masterplans, and mixed-use developments is highly desirable.
