Job Description

Formulate and implement plans agreed with the NHS Care Coordinator for the management of a service users eating disorder problems, based upon an appropriate agreed recovery plan with the service user and their family. Exercise professional responsibility for the treatment plan goals, including regular communication with the ICS Coordinator and NHS Care Coordinator and others involved in the care team. Work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to safeguard and ensure the quality of care of the service user and where appropriate parents/carers. Undertake risk assessment and risk management for service users, working in collaboration with other care team members to manage risks identified.

Manage a case load of All Ages service users.
