Full GMC registration with a licence to practice
CCT or equivalent
Inclusion in, or eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST

We are currently recruiting to a Consultant Paediatrician position in the South Essex and Thurrock (SET) CAMHS Eating Disorder Service, based at 125 New London Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 0QT, covering the county of Essex.
This is an established, substantive, part-time post. This post is currently vacant, and we wish to recruit to this post as soon as possible.
You will join a full-time CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist (currently out to recruitment) within the service, and will have the opportunity to influence future direction, treatment, and models of design in the area in which you work.
You will be expected to:
Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to children and young people across South East Essex and Thurrock.
Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team
Work directly with children and young people, and their families and liaise as appropriate with other external health providers and acute hospitals
Support your peers and team leader, and be an effective team member whilst allowing them to work with their own initiative
Work alongside 1wte CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist within the service
* Commit to collaborative working, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals, and agencies.
