What You'll Need:

Level 3 Diploma

in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - essential*
A

valid UK Driving Licence

Right to work in the UK

- we are unable to offer sponsorship*
Minimum of

1 year's experience

supporting children/teens with complex needs A

resilient, empathetic and trauma-informed

approach Willingness to work

flexible shifts

, including weekends, evenings, and sleep-ins

What You'll Be Doing:

Building positive and trusting relationships with the young people in our care Supporting their emotional growth, education, and independence Creating and maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive home environment Implementing personalised care and therapeutic routines Managing incidents calmly and professionally using your training and support
