Position: EC & I Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Engineer to join our expanding dynamic team. the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering.

Location:

Stockton-on-Tees with UK travel

Qualifications:

Minimum HNC/HND - Engineering degree preferred.

Technical Skills:

Electrical system design Cable calculations Cable & instrumentation schedules Electrical installation, loop & hook-up drawings Produce P & IDs from concept Electrical installation, testing & inspection Commissioning & fault finding Project management & engineering

Experience:

10 years

Personnel Skills:

Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Maintain engineering procedures/standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Team-oriented, with confidence to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and create accurate quotations / proposals. Deliver projects from design & development to installation and commissioning. Create and maintain technical documentation, i.e. calculations, drawings, risk assessments, test certificates etc. Consult with suppliers, OEMs, clients, and colleagues to ensure projects are delivered efficient and effectively. Specification and procurement of materials & equipment Customer focussed & commercial awareness.

Other Requirements:

Full UK driving licence. Willingness to travel. Flexible approach with occasional overtime & weekend working
