Job Description

We will work alongside the successful candidate to ensure they are sufficiently inducted and trained; there will be regular constructive supervision in place. It is important to us that you feel safe and supported in the role.

• If you have previous experience in community services or public health initiatives, this will be an advantage to your application.
• You'll ideally have a familiarity with the ECG in a community setting and its objectives.
• You will be able to be calm and professional to put patients at ease

Working Pattern: Thursday 1:30pm - 6pm in Woodbridge & Friday 1:30pm - 6pm in Ipswich
Main duties of the job

• You will offer support, and general assistance to the Cardiology team and carry out ECG investigations.
• A big part of your role will be to perform ECGs within the service.
• To assist patients where necessary to prepare for their ECG and offer support and maintain the comfort and wellbeing.

We are looking for an ECG Technician to join our Cardiology Team to support the delivery of the cardiology service.
Youll join our Cardiology Team at Suffolk GP Federation. We are a not-for-profit, community interest company and our main purpose is to support Primary Care across Suffolk, including support with working collaboratively and at scale.
