ECO4 Surveyor

to join our growing team, helping deliver top-quality energy efficiency upgrades under the ECO4, GBIS & ECO4 Flex schemes.

If you're a qualified Retrofit Assessor, Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), and hold a Traditional Building qualification -- we'd love to hear from you.

We are also looking for new starters with the required qualifications as we will provide training.

What You'll Do

Conduct on-site ECO4 surveys following

PAS 2035 standards

. Complete Retrofit Assessment reports -- from occupancy to ventilation calculations. Work closely with our Retrofit Coordinator and technical team to deliver precise, compliant outputs. Clearly guide customers through the ECO4 process with professionalism and care. Collect supporting evidence for ECO 4 flex applications

We always endeavour for most work to be based in South Lanarkshire and West Lothian

, however we also get job throughout Scotland.
