We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
ECO4 Sales & Admin Executive
to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with customers interested in energy-efficient home improvements under the ECO4 scheme, manage application submissions, maintain accurate documentation, and provide excellent customer support. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers regarding ECO4-funded home improvements.
Clearly explain ECO4 benefits, eligibility criteria, and the application process.
Qualify leads based on income, benefits, property type, and energy performance.
Build rapport and trust to maintain high conversion rates.
Log all call outcomes and customer interactions in CRM systems accurately.
2. Application Submissions
Collect, verify, and process required documentation (e.g., income proof, EPC reports).
Complete and submit ECO4 application forms and supporting materials with accuracy.
Coordinate with assessors and installers for timely surveys and project scheduling.
Track application status and proactively resolve delays or issues.
3. Administrative Support
Organise and maintain digital records for all customer files and communications.
Keep internal trackers and spreadsheets updated with application status.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure process efficiency and compliance.
Assist in generating weekly/monthly reports on sales and submissions.
4. Follow-Up & Customer Care
Follow up post-submission to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Request missing documentation and clarify any discrepancies with applicants.
Provide regular updates on application progress.
Respond professionally to all inbound inquiries and support requests.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles (ECO experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of ECO4 is an advantage (training provided if needed).
