Job Description

The Role

As a Ecom Trading Merchandiser you will be instrumental in ensuring that the right product is in the right place at the right time for our Ecom channels, balanced alongside our Retail stores demand. Alongside, making sure the right products are marketed according to our intake flow.



You Will

Build and maintain relationships with the Ecom, Marketing and external Cult social teams

Drive stock sharing between Store & Ecom channels, ensuring availability and proposing actions by channel

Create reporting on availability and cover by season, class and option level by warehouse

Collaborate with the Core Merch teams to build 3rd party packages to drive positive sales performance and contribution

Build knowledge of the wider trading scenery enabling you to prioritize top performing channels and feedback insight to Core Merch teams.

Support the social media strategy with product suggestions, analysis and managing stock availability



You Are

Working in the Merchandising space, ideally with Ecom experience

Naturally analytical with excellent numerical skills and a high attention to detail

Able to multi-task and identify priorities, and take personal responsibility to deliver upon them

A strong communicator, written and verbal

Willing to learn new skills and implement them quickly

Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to interact well with people at all levels

Adept at picking up new systems, with excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel
