ABOUT THIS ROLE





We are looking for an ambitious and detail-minded E-Commerce Account Executive to join our dynamic EMEA team at ghd, supporting the continued growth of our 9-figure Amazon channel across Europe.



Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager - EMEA, this role sits at the centre of our online business operations. You will work closely with local market teams across Europe as well as cross-functional experts in marketing, supply chain, finance and data analytics to help drive consistent, high-quality execution.



You will support day-to-day commercial and digital marketing activities across the Amazon channel, including major trading moments such as Prime Day and Black Friday. From coordinating new product launches to analysing sales performance, you will play an essential role in ensuring our brand presence is best-in-class across all European markets. You will also contribute to projects focused on elevating the customer experience and strengthening ghd's category leadership on Amazon.



This role is ideal for someone who is wanting to develop a career in the world of e-commerce. We're looking for someone who loves working with data and thrives in a fast-paced environment operating with a curious mindset and a strong eye for detail. Through broad exposure to commercial strategy, digital execution and data-driven decision-making, you will develop a clear understanding of how a global premium brand operates and drives growth in e-commerce.



This is a newly created 12-Month Fixed Term Contract role with the potential to evolve into a longer-term opportunity.

LOCATION





This role will be based in our London (Soho) office, and we offer a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Regional Coordination



Support the Senior Commercial Manager in the day-to-day trading and account management of the Amazon Europe business. Consolidate local market inputs into clear regional views and support the preparation of presentations and reports for regional leadership updates. Attend relevant meetings, capture key actions and follow up to ensure progress. Maintain shared regional resources and calendars to support team effectiveness.

Commercial Trading, Data & Account Management



Extract and maintain data reports to track key sales, operational and digital shelf metrics. Collaborate with Amazon AVS Brand Specialists to support joint priorities, raising and tracking platform-related issues where required. Maintain product catalogue accuracy by ensuring content, data and ASIN setup are accurate and compliant. Monitor product availability on site and partner with the regional Demand Planner to communicate stock updates to wider teams where needed. Stay up to date with Amazon Vendor Central developments and share updates.

Product Launches, Activation & Optimisation



Ensure readiness for new product launches across Amazon Europe by coordinating the commercial critical path including New Item Set Up and Vine enrollments. Monitor category activity on Amazon to share insights and best practices across markets. Capture on-site retail activation highlights during peak promotional events. Monitor product detail pages including reviews to identify optimisation opportunities. Contribute to projects focused on elevating customer experience, sales performance, and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS



Essential



Genuine interest in e-commerce, data and Amazon Analytical with a commercial mindset Strong numerical skills and confidence in using Excel to generate data insights High level of attention to detail and organised Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal Quick to learn with a proactive approach to developing knowledge and new skills

Desirable



Previous work experience through an entry level role, placement year or internship Experience in Beauty, FMCG, e-commerce, digital retail, merchandising or Amazon Experience working with data, reporting or account management Additional language proficiency (Italian, German, French or Spanish)
