Location: Harlow Bros Ltd, Long Whatton, LE12 5DE

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours of Work: 17 Hours, to be worked flexibly between 7.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday in a shift pattern to be confirmed upon commencement of employment no Saturday working.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated to join our team in Long Whatton, LE12 5DE. The eCommerce Administrator plays a vital part within the eCommerce team ensuring that our customers receive a high standard service of product to requested timeline. Ensuring at all times that the correct product is picked to order requirement.

What you'll be doing as eCommerce Administrator:

Ensuring the accurate and proficient maintenance of filing systems


Fielding queries in a professional and efficient manner, and thereafter relay the queries to the relevant team member


Processing multi-channel eCommerce orders.


Accurate data input


Using systems to process stock and order administration.


Ensuring the timely and proficient response to relevant e-mail's


Assisting with general office housekeeping.


Assistance with labelling of orders using systems as required.


Ensuring post & return parcels is dealt with.


Undertaking photocopying and all other administrative support.


To act in in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the Company's Health and Safety Policy.

Your Skills:

GCSE's (Or Higher) Maths and English


IT/Microsoft Office


Customer service experience


Call Handling Experience (Preferred not required)
